Member Duties : Establish and Enhance the Youth Afterschool Program Infrastructure and Build Sustainable Systems for the Red Kettle Campaign. Build operational capacity, enrollment systems, and retention strategies for the Youth Afterschool Program to effectively serve families in Southeast Washington, D.C., in compliance with DC Learn24 OST requirements. Strengthen seasonal staffing, volunteer recruitment, training, and data systems for the Red Kettle Campaign in Southeast Washington, D.C.
