We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Application Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will assist with the application process for treating weeds and algae in local lakes and ponds. This position plays an important part in helping our team provide safe, effective, and timely aquatic management services to our customers and communities.
The Application Assistant will work closely with licensed applicators and field staff to help prepare for daily treatment routes, organize equipment and materials, assist with loading and unloading supplies, and support applications on lakes, ponds, and other aquatic sites. This role requires someone who is dependable, safety-conscious, willing to work outdoors, and able to follow instructions carefully.
Responsibilities may include assisting with aquatic weed and algae treatments, helping maintain and clean equipment, recording treatment information, communicating with team members, and ensuring all work is completed in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
