Bartender/Server
Mugshots Grill & Bar is looking for a dynamic and experienced Bartender/Server to join our team! As a Bartender/Server, you will play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our guests by providing exceptional service, crafting delicious cocktails, and assisting with food service when needed.
Responsibilities:
Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner

Take and serve drink and food orders promptly and accurately

Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails and beverages

Ensure cleanliness and organization of the bar area

Assist with opening and closing duties as needed

Provide knowledgeable and attentive service to enhance the guest experience

Collaborate with team members to ensure guest satisfaction

Requirements:
Previous experience as a bartender and server in a high-volume restaurant or bar

Strong knowledge of drink recipes and preparation techniques

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment

TIPS or equivalent certification is preferred
