High-Paying Urology Opportunity – $500/Hour | Pennsylvania VA System
Primary service at Lebanon VA Medical Center, with coverage across four outpatient clinics:

Lancaster/Willow Street, PA
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (No nights or weekends required)

Competitive $500/hour compensation

Consistent weekday schedule

Work within a respected federal healthcare system
All candidates must have:

Active, full, and unrestricted U.S. medical license (any state/territory/DC)

Board Certification in Urology
-
Current AHA BLS certification
-
Ongoing compliance with continuing medical education (CME) requirements
Candidates must be highly skilled and experienced in a wide range of advanced urologic procedures, including:
-
Partial & radical nephrectomy (robotic/open)

Radical prostatectomy (robotic)
-
Simple prostatectomy (robotic)
-
Varicocele repair (robotic)
-
Partial cystectomy (robotic)
-
Prostate fusion biopsy
-
Vasovasostomy
-
Comprehensive endourology
-
Complex urodynamics
-
Management of sexual dysfunction & recurrent UTIs
To meet contract standards, proposed candidates are highly preffered to have:

Complex urodynamics

Treatment of urinary incontinence & pelvic organ prolapse

Sling procedures & periurethral bulking
-
Sacrocolpopexy & Burch procedures (robotic)
-
Pelvic floor pain management
-
Sexual dysfunction treatment
-
Recurrent UTI care
-
InterStim therapy
-
Experience with DaVinci robotic surgery
