Front Desk Receptionist – Medical Spa Seasonal
We are looking for a friendly, professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at our luxury medical spa. This position is perfect for someone who loves the beauty industry and enjoys creating a welcoming, elevated experience for clients.
Our front desk is the heart of the spa, so we’re looking for someone who is organized, personable, and thrives in a fun, fast-paced, and luxurious environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting clients and creating a warm, welcoming experience
- Managing appointment scheduling and confirmations
- Answering phone calls, texts, and client inquiries
- Checking clients in and out at the front desk
- Maintaining a clean and organized reception area
- Assisting the team with daily front desk operations
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organization and scheduling abilities
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to multitask in a busy spa environment
- Interest in beauty, aesthetics, and skincare
