Position Summary:
Responsible for identifying, developing and maintaining national accounts within designated area(s) of responsibility (e.g., retail, multi-concepts.) Coordinate overall company efforts to ensure continuous high service levels by efficiently and profitably managing, serving, and growing specified business areas. Accountable for segment / customer profitability. Interfaces with all levels of customers, branch associates, corporate support services, and suppliers. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and performs any duty assigned to best serve the company.
Position Responsibilities:-
Coordinate as the primary channel of communication between corporate headquarters and OpCo’s purchasing, information services, accounting, and operations departments.

Manage customer relationships by developing regular communications with key customer personnel to include customer supply chain personnel and end users.

Coordinate monthly conference calls related to the business as led by Corporate National Accounts Manager

Coordinate with OpCo’s purchasing and operations to achieve goals with regards to new product introduction, lost sales, dead stock, damaged goods, and/or elimination of out of stock items.

Act as liaison between customer and company to work out details regarding services, products, and opportunities.

Demonstrates the ability to understand and meet the needs of customers.

Seeks out relevant information to make accurate decisions that result in positive outcomes.

Makes decisions in reasonable timeframes and involves others to ensure buy-in and understanding.

Occasional nights/weekends as needed to support the business.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience
3-5 Years of Sales / marketing experience.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (excel & Power BI)
- Sales / marketing experience within designated area of foodservice industry at national or regional scope preferred.
