We are seeking hardworking individuals for a Forklift Operator position within a busy truss manufacturing yard. This role works both indoors and outdoors handling completed roof and floor trusses.
Position Responsibilities
- Stack finished trusses safely and securely
- Organize completed product for shipment or storage
- Assist with staging materials for loading
- Verify completed trusses meet quality standards
- Follow all workplace safety procedures
- Maintain productivity in varying weather conditions
Preferred Background
- Previous construction, framing, or general labor experience is a plus
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Willingness to work outdoors year round
- Dependable and safety minded
Physical Requirements
- Frequent lifting and maneuvering of heavy materials up to 100 pounds
- Ability to work in sun, rain, wind, and changing temperatures
- Extended periods of standing, walking, and manual labor
Full Time | Day Shift - 8:30am to 5:00PM | Overtime Available
This role is best suited for individuals who enjoy hands on, physical work and are comfortable working outside in a production environment.
