Responsibilities
- Provide front desk support, greeting visitors and managing inquiries with professionalism.
- Handle multi-line phone systems, ensuring effective communication and phone etiquette.
- Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining organized records.
- Manage filing systems and ensure documents are easily accessible.
- Utilize Microsoft Office for document creation and spreadsheet management.
- Support bookkeeping tasks as needed, including basic accounting functions in QuickBooks.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with management to enhance office management processes and improve workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Previous administrative experience is required; experience as in manufacturing office practices is preferred,
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) applications.
- Strong computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly; familiarity with QuickBooks is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong typing skills with a focus on accuracy in data entry tasks.
- Demonstrated customer service experience with a friendly demeanor and professional attitude.
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
