Kiddie Time Child Care Center is a 5-Star Quality Rated early childhood program seeking a warm, dependable teacher to join our infant classroom.
We're looking for someone who understands that caring for infants is more than diapering and feeding. Every interaction is an opportunity to build trust, support development, and create meaningful relationships.
Experience is welcome, but we are also willing to train someone with the right attitude, reliability, and passion for working with young children.
Schedule
Applicants must have flexible weekday availability during our business hours of 5:00 AM-6:30 PM.
This position is primarily an afternoon/closing position. Start times typically fall between 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM, with shifts ending at closing.
Schedules are based on:
- Children's attendance
- Classroom needs
- Staffing ratios
- Enrollment
We're Looking for Someone Who:
- Loves working with infants (birth-18 months)
- Enjoys getting on the floor to play, sing, read, and interact
- Is dependable and arrives to work on time
- Communicates professionally with families and coworkers
- Welcomes coaching and professional growth
- Wants to become part of a long-term team
What You'll Do
- Build nurturing relationships with infants
- Support feeding, diapering, naps, and daily routines
- Create engaging learning experiences through play
- Maintain active supervision
- Work closely with your teaching team
- Follow licensing regulations and classroom procedures

- Call management directly when absent or running late (text messages are not accepted).
