Job Overview
Westmoreland Commercial Roofing is hiring a Commercial Roofing Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is people-focused, coachable, and comfortable learning both sales and technical inspection skills.
This is not a high-pressure or pushy sales job. You will learn how to inspect commercial flat and low-slope roofs, identify problems, and recommend the right solution for the customer. Success comes from integrity, follow-through, and accountability.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Meet with commercial property owners and managers
- Learn how to inspect commercial flat and low-slope roofing systems
- Identify roof conditions, issues, and risks
- Recommend appropriate repair, maintenance, or replacement solutions
- Follow company sales and inspection systems
- Manage your own schedule, appointments, and follow-ups
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members
- Take ownership of problems and see them through to resolution

Sales or construction experience is helpful, but not required — training is provided for the right person.
Requirements (Please Read Carefully)
- Tobacco-free (office and job sites)
- Able to climb ladders and access commercial roofs
- Comfortable working at heights and in the field
- Willing to learn commercial roofing inspections
- Comfortable with performance-based pay
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
This Role Is NOT a Fit If You:
- Avoid structure or systems
- Need constant supervision
- Are uncomfortable with performance accountability
- Do not want to learn technical inspection skills
- Are not comfortable working on roofs
