Amigo Care ABA is looking for a compassionate Bilingual Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide one-on-one, in-home ABA therapy for children with autism in the Riverdale, MD (20737) area. Position Details
Location: Riverdale, MD 20737
Employment Type: Part-Time
Setting: In-Home ABA Therapy
Pay: $20.00–$30.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday
- 2:30 PM-6:30 PM

What You'll Do
As a Behavior Technician, you will:
- Deliver individualized ABA therapy in clients' homes
- Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA
- Record session data accurately
- Help children improve communication, behavior, social, and daily living skills
- Partner with families and supervisors to support treatment goals
- Participate in ongoing training and supervision
Qualifications
We're looking for someone who has:
- High school diploma required
- Reliable personal transportation (rideshare services are not accepted)
- A passion for working with children
- Strong communication skills
- Professional, dependable, and compassionate attitude
Work Location: Client homes in Riverdale, MD
