Customer Service / Counter Team Member
$18–$25/hour with tips.
Aloha! Hana Picnic Lunch Co. is looking for a friendly, dependable, and outgoing team member who provides excellent customer service and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
We serve both our local community and visitors heading out to explore the Road to Hana, Haleakalā, and the rest of Maui. We’re looking for someone who can welcome every customer with aloha while keeping things moving efficiently.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers with a friendly, positive attitude
Help visitors with basic information about the Road to Hana, Haleakalā, and other Maui activities
Take orders and operate the register
Prepare and serve coffee, smoothies, gelato, lunches, and other menu items
Stock and organize supplies
Assist with basic food and wholesale preparation
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Work efficiently and multitask during busy periods
What We’re Looking For
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Dependable and punctual
Positive, friendly attitude
Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Able to work well independently and as part of a team
Must be available for early-morning shifts beginning as early as 6:00 AM
Previous customer service, restaurant, café, or food-service experience is preferred
Schedule: Approximately 2–4 shifts per week, shifts vary from 4-8 hours shifts, with shifts available between 6:00 AM and 2:00 PM. OR 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM
Pay: $18–$25/hour with tips.
