Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Pest Control Technician to join our Orlando division! As a Pest Control Technician, you will be responsible for providing top-notch pest control services to our customers in a professional and friendly manner. No prior experience is necessary—full training will be provided!
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspecting and assessing properties for pest activity.
- Treating properties using various pest control methods and techniques.
- Effectively communicating with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Maintaining accurate records of services performed and pest control products used.
- Ensuring all work complies with safety regulations and company standards.
- Maintaining and servicing the company vehicle.
Qualifications:
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Must have a clean driving record and pass a background check.
- No prior pest control experience required; we provide full training.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
- Ability to lift and carry equipment as needed.
Compensation:
- Competitive base salary, plus uncapped commission opportunities.
