Nissan of Dearborn is seeking an experienced, motivated, and results-driven Service Manager to lead our award-winning service department into its next phase of growth.
Our service department has built an outstanding reputation for delivering exceptional customer satisfaction, maintaining excellent CSI scores for many years. We are looking for a proven leader who can build upon that success while driving performance, profitability, employee development, and an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all daily service department operations
- Drive service sales, gross profit, and departmental performance
- Maintain and improve exceptional CSI scores
- Recruit, mentor, and develop advisors, technicians, and support staff
- Improve workflow, productivity, and shop efficiency
- Monitor KPIs and implement strategies for continued growth
- Ensure manufacturer compliance and dealership operational standards
- Foster a positive, professional culture focused on teamwork and accountability
Qualifications
- Previous Service Manager experience in an automotive dealership required
- Strong leadership and team-building abilities
- Proven track record of increasing sales, profitability, and operational efficiency
- Experience managing technicians and service advisors
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and implement effective processes
- Nissan experience is a plus, but not required
