Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychoeducational evaluations to assess cognitive, academic, emotional, and behavioral needs
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide counseling and intervention strategies for students facing academic or behavioral challenges
- Support the implementation of positive behavioral interventions and supports (PBIS)
- Serve as a resource for crisis intervention and prevention programs within the school community
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all confidentiality and district procedures
- Assist with staff professional development on topics related to mental health and learning differences
