Occupational Therapist (OT)
Location: Houston, TX
Duration: 13 weeks contract
Shift: 8 hours Days
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients with cognitive and/or ADL-related physical impairments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide skilled rehabilitation including ADL retraining, therapeutic exercises/activities, modalities, and assistive devices.
- Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans, and maintain accurate electronic documentation.
- Provide patient/family education and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
- Assist with discharge planning and supervise OT assistants, aides, and students as needed.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of OT experience required.
- LTC or Rehab experience required.
- Active OT License required.
- Must adhere to applicable state practice standards and NBCOT/AOTA guidelines.
Pay: $2,412.00 per week
