Renewal by Andersen is hiring a hands-on Event and Retail Installer to support event setups and retail display installations across the St. Louis area. This is a great job for someone who enjoys working with tools, building displays, and staying active on the job.
If you have experience in construction, installation, or general labor, this role is a strong fit.
- Set up and take down event booths, tables, signage, and retail displays
- Use hand tools and basic equipment to build and secure displays
- Load, unload, and transport materials using a company vehicle
- Follow setup layouts to ensure displays are safe, accurate, and professional
- Keep job sites clean and organized before, during, and after events
- Inspect equipment and report damaged or missing items
- Support marketing and sales teams at events and retail locations
- Organize and store materials between jobs
- Experience with tools, installation, construction, or general labor (preferred)
- Comfortable using hand tools and doing physical work daily
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stay on your feet for long periods
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented
- Willing to work flexible hours (early mornings, evenings, weekends)
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Travel to event sites and retail stores around St. Louis
- Work indoors and outdoors
