NOW HIRING: Store Manager | Rocco’s Italian Sausages & Cheesesteaks (North Bergen, NJ) We are looking for a sharp, high-energy Store Manager to lead our busy location at the North Bergen Home Depot! If you know how to run a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen, deliver legendary customer service, and motivate a team, we want to talk to you. What We’re Offering:
- Base Salary: $65,000 - $70,000/year (depending on experience)
- Annual Bonus: Performance-based tiers ranging from $5,000 to $20,000+ based on hit targets! The better the store performs, the more you earn.
- Great Hours: No super-late night bar hours!
Requirements:
- Language: Highly prefer someone who is bilingual (English/Spanish) to communicate effectively with our entire team and client base.
- Experience: 2+ years of Restaurant Management or Shift Lead experience.
- Skills: Strong leadership skills, inventory tracking, and an ownership mindset.
- Certifications: ServSafe Certification (or willingness to get it quickly).
What You’ll Do:
- Manage daily operations, inventory tracking, and food safety standards.
- Lead, train, and schedule a small, hard-working crew.
- Maintain the high-quality food and fast service Rocco's is famous for.
- Handle high-volume rushes (contractor breakfast runs & weekend family crowds).
- Cash handling, deposits, etc.
Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
