Select Corporation is hiring experienced Company Drivers for OTR loads in our Step Deck Division. We move high-value, oversized freight that doesn't fit on a standard flatbed – think industrial equipment, vehicles, building materials, and more. If you take pride in doing the job right and want consistent miles with real support, we want to hear from you.
What We Offer:
- Competitive pay: $3.30 – $10.00 per mile (based on experience), averaging $3,000 – $5,000/week

Requirements:
- Valid CDL Class A license
- Minimum 2 years of CDL-A OTR experience
- Step Deck or flatbed experience
- Ability to secure and tarp loads as needed
- OTR availability – ready to run consistent miles
- Clean MVR and CSA score
- Detail-oriented, safety-focused driver
