DB Coopers is hiring a Line Cook to join our open-kitchen team in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
This is a hands-on role where precision, timing, and teamwork matter. You’ll be part of a kitchen that’s fully visible to guests, so execution, cleanliness, and consistency are always on display.

Prepare and cook menu items with accuracy, speed, and attention to detail
Execute dishes consistently to meet quality, portion, and presentation standards
Work across stations as needed, including pizza and hot line
Set up and maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked workstation
Assist with prep work, inventory rotation, and receiving deliveries
Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
Communicate clearly with kitchen and front-of-house teams
Work efficiently during high-volume service
Support teammates and maintain strong kitchen flow
Previous experience in a professional kitchen preferred
Experience with wood-fired pizza ovens is a strong plus
Strong knife skills and understanding of cooking techniques
Ability to work efficiently under pressure
Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
Dependable, team-oriented, and consistent
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to work nights, weekends, and high-volume shifts
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, open kitchen environment
Food is executed consistently, accurately, and on time
Stations are clean, organized, and fully prepped
Strong communication and teamwork during service
Ability to keep pace during high-volume shifts
