Eleven 150 Solutions Therapy Services is seeking a fully licensed therapist who is passionate about providing exceptional mental health care to individuals, couples, families, and veterans. We are looking for a clinician who is ready to begin the insurance credentialing process and enjoys working in a supportive, relaxed, and flexible private practice environment.
This position is ideal for an independent professional who values autonomy while maintaining the highest standards of ethical and clinical practice.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality individual, couples, and family therapy.
- Utilize evidence-based and trauma-informed treatment approaches.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
- Participate in the insurance credentialing process.
- Adhere to all ethical, legal, and professional standards of your licensing board.
- Provide counseling face-to-face modality; in-office setting.
Qualifications
Required
- Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related mental health field.
- Current unrestricted, fully licensed Texas license as one of the following:
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
- Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Eligible and willing to complete insurance credentialing.
- Experience working with veterans, couples, and families.
- Strong clinical, communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional client care.
Preferred
- EMDRIA Certified Therapist or EMDRIA-trained clinician strongly preferred.
- Experience providing EMDR therapy for trauma and related concerns.
- Experience delivering trauma-informed care in a private practice or outpatient setting.

This position is open only to fully licensed clinicians. Provisional, associate, intern, or supervised license holders are not eligible to apply.
