dependable team members to join our dining room team and deliver an exceptional guest
experience from the moment guests walk in.
Position: Dining Room Customer Service Specialist (Front Counter / Guest Experience)
Type: Part-time / Full-time available
What You’ll Do:
- Welcome and engage every guest with genuine Southern hospitality
- Take accurate orders and process payments
- Operate a POS system, handling cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately
- Ensure guests feel taken care of throughout their visit
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining room and front counter
- Support the team during peak service times

- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Weekend and holiday availability preferred
- Experience with POS systems and cash handling is a plus (we will train the right person)
