Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily workforce and vehicle scheduling for receiving, put-away, picking, and outbound shipping to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
Operate WMS/TMS systems to monitor order status and resolve system exceptions.
Liaise between domestic headquarters (China), U.S. local trucking carriers, and customer service teams to relay arrival notices and shipment updates.
Respond to urgent situations such as overcapacity, delays, or equipment issues, adjusting plans flexibly.
Compile operational data and assist in process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
1–3 years of experience in overseas warehousing or U.S. local logistics dispatching.
Required: Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese – able to conduct meetings and email correspondence in Chinese with the China-based team, while also communicating effectively in English with U.S. drivers and warehouse staff.
Proficient in Excel and WMS platforms (e.g., ShipStation, Extensiv, or similar).
Willingness to work overtime during peak seasons.
Pay: $25.84 - $31.12 per hour
