The ideal candidate will oversee and coordinate all marketing initiatives for AuthenTEAK and thrive in a fast-moving, agile, and technical environment. This role’s primary focus is to accelerate growth within our already expanding retail e-commerce division. The candidate will work directly with ownership and collaborate closely with the existing team to manage current partnerships and enhance our web, social, and traditional marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:

Develop digital marketing strategies, including the management and optimization of SEM, SEO, Social Marketing, Linking, Content Creation, and Email Marketing Automation, using industry best practices.

Review and comprehend web analytics to make strategic decisions to improve web performance (lower bounce rate, increase conversations, etc.).

Provide creative direction for our traditional and digital marketing outlets supporting our retail showroom and our website.

Review and analyzing areas of opportunity pertaining to marketing.

Prepare detailed strategy reports.

Generate overall site leads through marketing.

Set KPI’s for each tactic of the marketing strategy for accountability with various resources.

Determine business needs to achieve expected marketing growth.
Requirements:

Mastery of marketing, content, SEO, SEM, Creative, Brand Standards and Social.

Ability to think creatively and strategically to identify and resolve problems.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work within a team and independently.

Expert knowledge of Google Analytics, Google My Business, Search Console and Data Studio.

Experience with website optimization tools.
