Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of the facility, including entrances, exits, parking areas, and interior spaces to ensure safety and security.
- Respond promptly to security incidents or emergencies, utilizing conflict management skills to de-escalate situations when necessary.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement or emergency responders in case of emergencies or incidents requiring official intervention.
- Apply first aid and CPR when needed to assist injured individuals until professional help arrives.
Qualifications
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods during overnight shifts.
- Excellent observation skills with attention to detail for monitoring surveillance footage and physical surroundings.
- Effective communication skills for reporting incidents clearly and accurately.
