We are looking for a sharp, curious Product & Technical Coordinator to join our team and grow into the product manager role. This is a mid-level position designed for someone who has a solid foundation in project coordination, product thinking, or technical communication — and wants to develop the full stack of skills needed to operate at the intersection of product, engineering, client relationships, and delivery management.
You will work directly alongside senior product and technical leadership, taking on real ownership of day-to-day coordination work while progressively expanding your scope. Within 12–18 months, a strong performer in this role would be ready to take on the responsibilities of a Product Manager independently.
What You'll Do
Feature & Request Coordination
Support the intake and documentation of new feature requests and product improvements:
- Participate in stakeholder and team meetings to capture feature requests and discussion outcomes
- Draft Jira tasks, Confluence notes, and feature summaries based on discussions
- Help clarify and validate requests with internal teams before they enter the development queue
- Assist in maintaining and updating the release roadmap
Delivery Support & Progress Tracking
Keep development work organized and moving:
- Track active development tasks and follow up on blockers or delays
- Prepare status summaries and progress updates for stakeholder meetings
- Support estimate and scoping conversations by gathering relevant context
Bug Triage & QA Support
Assist with the intake and routing of reported issues:
- Review incoming bug reports and gather supporting evidence
- Monitor resolution progress and follow up with reporters
- Maintain and improve the issue submission workflow over time
Technical Communication & Documentation
Build your ability to translate between business and technical contexts:
- Document feature discussions, technical decisions, and integration details
- Help prepare materials for stakeholder and client-facing meetings
- Learn to ask the right questions when a requirement is ambiguous or underdefined
Client & Vendor Support (Supporting Role)
Begin developing your client-facing and vendor coordination skills by joining calls in a supporting capacity, helping prepare materials, capturing notes, and assisting with follow-up communications.
How You'll Grow
This role is structured for progression. As you build confidence and context, you'll take on increasing ownership in the areas that best match your strengths:
- Product & delivery track: leading the feature pipeline, roadmap planning, and stakeholder alignment independently
- Technical partnerships track: owning client technical calls, vendor coordination, and integration management
You'll be supported by direct mentorship from senior team members, a clear scope of responsibilities that expands over time, and regular structured feedback on your development.
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, business analysis, product operations, technical writing, or a similar role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail — you keep things from falling through the cracks
- Clear, confident written and verbal communication
- Intellectual curiosity about how software products are built and how businesses use them
- Comfort asking questions and pushing for clarity when requirements are vague
- Some exposure to Jira, Confluence, or similar tools is helpful but not required
- Technical background or experience (even if informal) is a strong plus — we want someone who wants to learn the technical side, not avoid it
- Experience in B2B SaaS, healthcare, or event technology is a plus
What Success Looks Like
In the first 3 months, you reliably own the documentation and coordination tasks, ask good questions, and keep work moving without needing to be prompted. By 6 months, you're contributing meaningfully to feature scoping discussions and stakeholder updates. By 12–18 months, you're operating with the independence and judgment of a senior team member in your chosen track.
Reporting & Collaboration
You will work day-to-day alongside TIPMed product and operations staff, our partner's engineering and product teams, and senior product/technical leadership. This is a high-exposure role — you'll interact regularly with stakeholders at multiple levels and across multiple organizations from early on.
