Employment Type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt (Night Shift)
Pay Rate: $15.00/hour
Job Summary:
The Forklift Operator is responsible for loading, unloading, shipping, and receiving materials and finished products to support the supply chain.
Job Duties:
Safely operate a forklift at all times.
Verify incoming materials against shipping manifests.
Perform inventory cycle counts.
Pick, wrap, and stage orders for shipment.
Load and unload materials and finished products according to company procedures.
Qualifications:
High school diploma required.
One year of forklift experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
Experience with hazardous materials preferred.
Inbound and outbound warehouse experience preferred.
Must pass a forklift skills test.
Basic computer knowledge and strong communication skills.
Strong math, time management, and mechanical aptitude.
Work Environment:
Manufacturing setting using warehouse equipment such as hand trucks, box cutters, and tape dispensers.
Regular standing, walking, reaching, bending, kneeling, crouching, and crawling.
Occasional sitting, climbing, or balancing.
Regularly lift up to 25 lbs and frequently lift up to 50 lbs.
May work with hazardous materials requiring PPE and adherence to safety procedures.
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
