As a Line Cook, you'll prepare high-quality menu items with consistency and attention to detail while helping keep the kitchen clean, organized, and running efficiently. Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
- Set up and stock stations before each shift.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth, timely service.
- Assist with prep work, inventory, and receiving deliveries.
- Help maintain consistent food quality during every service.
- Support teammates wherever needed to keep the kitchen running smoothly.
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or kitchen experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Team-oriented with excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Reliable, dependable, and eager to learn.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
