As our US business continues to grow, we're looking for a proactive and hands-on Warehouse Operations Coordinator to help drive the daily success of our Seattle warehouse.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone currently working as a Warehouse Coordinator, Team Lead or Senior Warehouse Associate who is ready to take the next step in their career. You'll gain exposure to leadership, inventory management, logistics coordination, and operational improvement while remaining actively involved in the day-to-day operation.
About the Role
Reporting to the Business Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring inventory accuracy, efficient fulfilment, and smooth warehouse operations.
Our Seattle warehouse is a small-scale operation with a tight-knit team of 6 to 8 people. This is a genuinely hands-on role where you'll spend time on the warehouse floor, supporting the team, solving problems, coordinating activities, and helping ensure we consistently deliver an exceptional customer experience.
You'll act as a trusted second-in-charge within the operation, taking ownership of key operational areas and supporting the continued growth of FRANKIE4's US business.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations & Fulfilment
- Support daily warehouse operations to ensure orders are picked, packed and dispatched within KPI and SLA requirements.
- Work alongside the warehouse team to maintain high levels of fulfilment accuracy and productivity.
- Receiving, scanning, shelving and stock.
- Help coordinate daily workflow and task allocation across the warehouse.
- Identify and resolve operational issues to maintain efficient processing of orders.
- Maintain a clean, organized and safe warehouse environment.
Inventory Management
- Support inventory accuracy across all warehouse locations.
- Conduct cycle counts, stocktakes and inventory reconciliation activities.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and assist with resolution.
- Ensure inventory transactions are completed accurately within warehouse systems.
- Work closely with planning and supply chain teams to support inventory visibility and accuracy.
Logistics Coordination
- Coordinate inbound and outbound freight activities.
- Monitor incoming shipments and communicate delivery timelines and issues.
- Liaise with freight carriers and logistics providers to resolve operational challenges.
- Support inventory transfers between warehouse, wholesale, and retail location.
- Ensure shipping documentation and system records are completed accurately and on time.
- Assist in identifying opportunities to improve freight efficiency and service performance.
Team Support & Leadership Development
- Provide day-to-day support and guidance to warehouse team members.
- Assist with onboarding and training new employees.
- Support the Business Manager in monitoring team performance and productivity.
- Step into a leadership role when required, helping coordinate daily priorities and workflow.
- Contribute to a culture of accountability, teamwork and continuous improvement.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes and efficiency.
- Support operational projects and business initiatives.
- Collaborate with Customer Care, Retail, Ecommerce, Planning, Supply Chain and Finance teams.
- Contribute ideas that help improve service levels, productivity, and inventory accuracy.
