Remedy Staffing is currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Electronic Assembler to join a growing manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling electronic components and products according to specifications while maintaining high quality standards and productivity goals.
Electronic Assembler- Remedy Staffing
Location: Erie, PA
Employment Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 7a-3p

Assemble electronic components, circuit boards, and subassemblies using hand and power tools.

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, work instructions, and assembly drawings.

Perform soldering, wiring, crimping, and cable assembly as required.

Inspect completed assemblies to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Test electronic products and troubleshoot basic assembly issues.

Work collaboratively with team members to meet production schedules.

Previous electronics assembly, manufacturing, or production experience preferred.

Ability to read and follow technical instructions and diagrams.

Experience with soldering and electronic testing equipment is a plus.

Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.

Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds throughout the shift.
