Position Summary
Womer's Tree Service is looking for a highly motivated Inside Sales & Customer Success Coordinator to manage our incoming leads and help grow our business.
This is not a traditional receptionist position. Your primary responsibility is to ensure every lead is contacted promptly, followed up consistently, and moved through our sales process until it results in a scheduled estimate, booked job, or a clear outcome.
You'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers and play a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while keeping our estimators' schedules full.
We are looking for someone who enjoys talking with people, is organized, takes initiative, and understands that every missed phone call or forgotten follow-up is a missed opportunity.
Primary Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls professionally and build rapport with customers.
- Respond to website, Facebook, Google, and other incoming leads as quickly as possible.
- Contact new leads promptly to schedule estimates.
- Follow up with customers who have not yet scheduled an estimate.
- Follow up on outstanding estimates until a decision is made.
- Schedule approved work and coordinate with the production schedule.
- Maintain accurate customer information and notes in Jobber.
- Confirm appointments and help reduce cancellations and no-shows.
- Fill openings in the schedule by contacting waiting customers.
- Make outbound calls to past customers for repeat services and seasonal reminders.
- Monitor the sales pipeline to ensure no lead is forgotten.
- Communicate effectively with estimators and field crews regarding scheduling changes.
- Provide outstanding customer service from the first phone call through project completion.
Qualifications
- Outstanding communication and phone skills.
- Friendly, professional, and confident with customers.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Comfortable making outbound follow-up calls.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through.
- Proficient with computers and able to learn new software quickly.
- Experience with CRM software or scheduling software is preferred (Jobber experience is a plus).
- Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, appointment setting, or service scheduling is preferred.
