Job Location: Grass Lake, MI
Pay and Hours for Job + Benefits: $23-$33.50/hr
Second Shift: 2:30pm-12:30am or 3:30pm-1:30am, Monday through Saturday (Hours may vary, Sundays as needed)

Responsibilities:
1. Perform die tryout activities for large automotive body dies
2. Troubleshoot and resolve die and tooling issues
3. Conduct spotting, barbering, and die setting operations
4. Support press operations ranging from 500-2,000 tons
5. Ensure dies meet production and quality standards
6. Work with production and engineering teams to improve performance
7. Follow all safety and quality procedures
Qualifications:
1. Minimum 6 years of die making and/or die tryout experience preferred
2. Strong proficiency in die tryout processes
3. Experience with large automotive body dies and Class A surfaces
4. Knowledge of spotting, barbering, troubleshooting, and die setting
5. Experience working with press capacities from 500-2,000 tons
6. Welding experience is a plus
7. GD&T knowledge is a plus
8. SMIRT knowledge is a plus
9. Must possess personal hand tools (to a reasonable degree)
10. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
11. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
12. Must successfully complete all pre-employment screenings
