Overview:
Apogee is seeking a strategic and results-driven HR Business Partner to align business objectives with employees and management. The HR Business Partner will act as a consultant to leadership on human resource related issues and help drive organizational effectiveness, talent development, and employee engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals

Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution

Support workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning

Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend solutions

Support change management initiatives

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws

Assist with coaching managers on leadership development and team effectiveness
Qualifications:
Minimum Experience:
Citizenship: Must be a US citizen
Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
Years of Experience: 10+ years of progressive HR experience (HR Business Partner experience preferred)
Additional Experience:

Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information

Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Dayforce, UKG, Workday)
Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications: HR Certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR)

Experience supporting multiple business units or a fast-paced environment

Experience working for a Government contractor or other highly regulated environment

Pay Range: USD $99,670.00 - USD $137,047.00 /Yr.
