Overview
Vanner Repair Services is looking for a highly organized and dependable Trailer Shop Inventory Coordinator to join our growing maintenance operation. This individual will be responsible for managing trailer parts inventory, maintaining accurate stock levels, ordering parts and supplies, and supporting shop operations to ensure technicians have the materials they need to keep equipment moving efficiently.
This is a key operational role for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced trucking and repair environment.
Responsibilities
- Previous inventory, warehouse, or parts management experience
- Experience in trucking, trailer repair, diesel, or automotive industry
- Experience working with Fullbay is a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams
- Basic computer and inventory software knowledge
- Reliable, accountable, and detail-oriented
- Ability to lift and move parts/materials as needed

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
