We are hiring Packaging Operators for our new dietary supplements manufacturing facility in Humble, TX. This is a hands-on role in the packaging department where you will package finished products, operate packaging equipment, apply labels, and ensure all products meet strict quality and GMP standards.
You will play a key role in the final stage of production — preparing high-quality products for shipment to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Package finished products into jars, pouches, bottles, and other containers (manually and using equipment).
- Set up and operate packaging lines, including filling, capping, sealing, and labeling machines.
- Perform quality checks: verify fill weights, seal integrity, cap tightness, and overall appearance.
- Apply correct labels, lot numbers, and expiration dates with high accuracy.
- Build and wrap pallets for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace according to 5S and GMP standards.
- Complete required batch records and documentation accurately.
- Follow all food safety, GMP (21 CFR Part 111), and hygiene procedures.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to stand for 8–10 hours, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs and instructions.
- Basic English reading and writing skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
- Previous experience in food, supplement, or manufacturing packaging is a plus.
- Willingness to learn GMP and food safety standards (training provided).
