The Proposal Coordinator will coordinate all phases of the company’s proposal process in response to US Government and commercial requests for proposals.
Position Responsibilities:

Assist the Business Development/Capture Leader in all proposal efforts and personnel.

Create the proposal outline.

Conduct regular proposal progress status meetings and maintain the proposal
schedule.

Participate in the development, review of proposal strategies, and win themes

Assist in analyzing the RFP/bid requirements against the proposal outline to ensure both compliance and responsiveness to the customer’s issues and needs.

Build the proposal compliance matrix and track the fulfillment of all requirements.

Review proposal sections to ensure requirements are adequately addressed and that customer page limits are not exceeded.

Work with Leaders to ensure inter-volume compatibility is achieved.

Ensure that appropriate color team comments are incorporated into the final draft.
Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree
-
2-3 years equivalent work experience with federal government or related experience.
