Job Summary:
Looking for a high‑energy professional eager to master end‑to‑end order processing; from intake and document validation through trade execution and settlement, playing a critical role in delivering a seamless client experience. You’ll drive the review of Alternative Investment subscriptions and redemptions, ensure data integrity, resolve exceptions in real time, and coordinate complex cash movements to meet demanding timelines.
You’ll operate at the center of the business—partnering across teams, custodians, and fund administrators to keep transactions flowing with precision and speed. Success requires strong judgment, a control mindset, and the ability to communicate clearly under pressure while solving problems proactively.
The role is based onsite in Lake Mary, FL (4 days per week). Conversion is possible at the end of the contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboarding & Fund Setup: Manage end-to-end onboarding from documentation review through account activation, including fund setups and validation activities.
- Operations & Controls: Create and validate CUSIPs, audit setup data, and ensure strong operational controls and compliance throughout the process.
- Workflow & Inbox Management: Support a shared inbox environment, managing daily workflows tied to fund launches and onboarding requests.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams, custodians, and asset managers to meet aggressive launch timelines and resolve issues proactively.
- Communication & Stakeholder Support: Handle external email communications with clarity and professionalism while supporting internal coordination and escalation needs.
Qualifications:
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
- Clear communicator with strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team-based environment
- Comfortable working in a back-office, email-driven operations role
- Ability to manage multiple workflows and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and general documentation tools
Preferred Experience:
- Exposure to alternative investments or fund onboarding operations
- Experience working in a shared inbox environment
- FINRA licensing (SIE, Series 99, Series 7)
- General compliance and risk awareness
