Sandblaster / Industrial Painter

$20/hour
Full-Time | 40 Hours Per Week
Job Duties:
- Perform abrasive blasting to clean and prepare metal surfaces for painting
- Remove rust, old paint, grease, and other contaminants from equipment and materials
- Prepare surfaces by grinding, sanding, masking, and inspecting prior to coating
- Apply industrial coatings, primers, and paint using spray equipment
- Mix and prepare paint according to product specifications
- Inspect finished work to ensure quality, consistency, and proper coverage
- Maintain blasting and painting equipment, tools, and work area
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
- Work efficiently to meet production deadlines and quality standards
Requirements:
- Previous sandblasting and industrial painting experience required
- Must have your own spray paint gun or be willing to invest in one (required)
- Knowledge of surface preparation and industrial coating applications
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to lift, bend, stand, and work for extended periods
- Must be dependable and have reliable transportation
Schedule:
- 40 hours per week
- Full-time opportunity
- Overtime may be available based on workload
