Key Responsibilities
Patient Care & Clinical Support
- Assist DVMs and LVTs with patient care, exams, treatments, diagnostics, imaging, and procedures.
- Use low-stress handling techniques and thoughtful restraint to support patient comfort and safety.
- Prepare medications, samples, equipment, and treatment areas as directed by the clinical team.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, inventory awareness, and aseptic standards.
Client Experience & Communication
- Greet clients warmly and help create a calm, professional, concierge-level experience.
- Gather accurate histories and communicate clearly with doctors and technicians.
- Help clients understand next steps, discharge instructions, care plans, and follow-up needs.
- Make each client feel heard, respected, and confident in the care their pet is receiving.
Room Flow & Appointment Support
- Prepare rooms before appointments and anticipate what the doctor and patient will need.
- Help appointments start on time and keep the visit moving smoothly.
- Close communication loops between the client, doctor, technician, and front desk team.
- Support callbacks, refills, follow-up tasks, and handoffs as needed.
Medical Records & Documentation
- Assist with clean, accurate medical notes in ezyVet.
- Help ensure records, histories, treatments, charges, and follow-up items are completed before checkout whenever possible.
- Support accurate documentation that reduces rework and improves continuity of care.

Pay: $15.41 - $22.55 per hour
