Position Overview:
Arkham Technology is seeking a highly motivated Systems Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in systems engineering principles, system design, and integration. This position requires technical expertise to drive solutions for multi-disciplinary teams across the full product lifecycle, from concept development to deployment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex system architectures.
- develop System Architecture, CONOPS, and use case development using systems engineering methodologies.
- Develop and analyze system requirements, architecture, and design solutions.
- Define and document system requirements, interfaces, and specifications.
- Define and document subsystem and lower level CONOPS including activity flows and use cases.
- Oversee system verification, validation, and performance assessments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate software and hardware solutions.
- Perform trade studies, risk assessments, and technical analysis to support decision-making.
- Manage requirements, including decomposition, allocation, verification, and validation
- Interface with customers and stakeholders to define system objectives and technical requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in systems engineering, including design, integration, and validation.
- Experience with software and hardware integration.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- U.S. Citizenship required; ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
