Triple E Property Management is a growing residential property management company looking for professional, reliable bilingual (Spanish - English) maintenance technicians to assist with maintenance requests and punch lists for residential properties. A strong candidate is highly motivated, able to work independently as well as with a team, responsive to residence, professional, values accountability and follows instructions.
This individual must have good written and verbal communication skills. The ideal candidate has experience working with but not limited to: drywall, paint, caulking, carpentry, and plumbing. You should be able to lift 40 lbs., climb stairs, stoop, kneel, bend and be available to work weekends as needed.
Ensure timely and accurate completion of work orders and paperwork.
Attend regular team meetings.
Maintain a professional demeanor and excellent communication skills with residence and staff.
You must have a valid ID and have reliable transportation. Experience working with minor electrical, and HVAC is also a plus.
Paid vacation, paid holidays and overtime weekend pay.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
