My client, a booming and dynamic organization in Clarksville for over 30 years, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for their team. The role is 95% recruiting with some general HR responsibilities, employee relations support, and participation in company events. Work/life balance, great benefits, and generous PTO. This is a permanent direct hire role.
Compensation & Benefits:
Base Salary Range: $75,000 - $100,000
Quarterly Bonus: Up to 6%
401(k): Company match of 50% up to 8%
Profit Sharing: Approximately 2.5% quarterly

Overview of the Talent Acquisition Specialist:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will perform high-volume recruiting for hourly employees and will report to the Director of HR.

Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, Facebook, Career Center, and other recruiting platforms

Attend community recruiting events, job fairs, Workforce Essentials events, and military transition/job fairs at nearby Army bases during work hours

Screen applicants, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring processes

Assist with extending job offers and facilitate pre-employment activities, including on-site drug screens

Answer employee HR-related questions and provide general HR support

Assist with special events including company picnics, family events, and holiday celebrations
Preferred Qualifications of the Talent Acquisition Specialist:

2+ years of recruiting experience

Ability to work onsite in Clarksville
