Duties
- Greet and assist guests arriving or departing during the night shift with professionalism and warmth, ensuring a positive guest experience.
- Manage front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and resolving guest requests efficiently.
- Oversee nightly financial transactions, including balancing accounts, preparing reports, and ensuring accuracy in billing.
- Conduct detailed audits of daily revenue, reservations, and guest accounts to maintain financial integrity.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone or in person using excellent phone etiquette and multi-line phone systems.
- Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting safety checks of the property, and controlling access to restricted areas.
- Prepare comprehensive shift reports, incident logs, and any necessary documentation to ensure seamless communication between shifts.
- Support guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and professionally, fostering a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, with a strong background in front desk or night audit roles.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly preferred to enhance guest interactions across diverse populations.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence.
- Familiarity with hotel management software systems and multi-line phone systems is essential.

- Previous resort or hotel experience is advantageous, especially within hospitality environments emphasizing guest services and safety protocols.
