CDA, TCC, ASSOCIATES DEGREE, PARA PRO CERTIFICATE OR HIGHER EDUCATION.

“Responsibilities & Requirements”
Responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for the children. This role involves implementing educational activities, fostering social and emotional development, and ensuring the well-being of children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Child Development:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote cognitive, emotional, and social development.
- Monitor and assess children’s progress and developmental milestones.
Safety and Supervision:
- Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
Communication:
- Establish positive relationships with children, parents, and staff.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's development and any concerns.
Behavior Management:
- Implement positive behavior management strategies.
- Foster a respectful and inclusive atmosphere among children.
Team Collaboration:
- Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive educational experience.
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $13.50 per hour
