Key Responsibilities
- Assist with communication and coordination between vendors, suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams
- Support sourcing efforts by helping gather and organize vendor and supplier quotations
- Assist with purchase order tracking, delivery status updates, and procurement follow-up
- Help maintain accurate records for material orders, vendor contacts, and project-related purchasing activity
- Support logistics coordination, including shipment tracking and delivery follow-up
- Assist with reviewing project documentation and Bills of Material (BOMs) to support procurement needs
- Help organize supplier submittals, quotations, lead times, and technical documentation
- Support inventory awareness and material status reporting for active projects
- Organize procurement files, project records, and supplier communications
- Participate in team meetings and assist with supply chain and operational tasks as needed
- Learn Bilmar’s procurement workflows, supplier coordination processes, and project execution standards
Preferred Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in supply chain, business, engineering, construction management, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Interest in procurement, logistics, vendor coordination, or industrial project support
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced team environment
- Willingness to learn technical materials, project documentation, and procurement procedures
