As the leader of the store, you'll be responsible for driving sales, developing your team, maintaining operational excellence, and ensuring every customer leaves happy.

Responsibilities
- Lead daily store operations and ensure excellent customer service.
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
- Drive sales while managing labor, inventory, and operating costs.
- Maintain high standards for beverage quality, food safety, and store cleanliness.
- Create staff schedules and oversee daily operations.
- Manage inventory, ordering, cash handling, and store performance.
- Support local marketing, catering opportunities, and community engagement.
- Foster a positive, fun, and accountable team culture.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of management experience in food service, café, restaurant, or retail.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with scheduling, inventory management, and POS systems.
- Passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding customer service.
- Weekend and holiday availability.
- Bilingual is a plus.
