Job Opening: Occupational Therapists and Occupational Therapy Assistants (Part-Time or Full -Time)
Therapy Works is expanding and is looking for an enthusiastic, compassionate OT or OTA to join our team. If you love pediatrics, thrive in a collaborative environment, and enjoy watching kids make meaningful progress, this might just be your next adventure.
What the Role Looks Like:
You’ll split your time between:
- Our outpatient pediatric clinic serving ages 2–18 (with the occasional adult), and
- Contracted ABA clinic sites working with ages 2–6
It’s a great fit for someone who enjoys variety, teamwork, and playful creativity in treatment sessions.
Start Date:

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for pediatric clients.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
- Assist children with activities of daily living (ADLs) and functional skills.
- Monitor and document client progress accurately.
- Educate families and caregivers on therapeutic strategies.
- Maintain compliance with healthcare standards and safety protocols.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and team meetings
Qualifications:
- Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OTR) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).
- Experience working with pediatric populations.
- Strong knowledge of pediatric development and therapy techniques.
- Excellent communication skills. Preferred qualifications include:
- Experience in outpatient or clinic settings.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus.
