Primary Responsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership and oversight for end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) operations across multiple client accounts, ensuring optimal financial performance, operational excellence, and client satisfaction. Build and maintain executive-level relationships with clients, serving as the primary escalation point and trusted advisor for revenue cycle initiatives. Drive performance across billing, claims management, accounts receivable, denial management, payment posting, and insurance follow-up to maximize collections and minimize revenue leakage. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), lead process improvement and automation initiatives, and ensure compliance with HIPAA, CMS guidelines, and payer regulations. Lead, mentor, and develop Managers, Team Leads, and cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and high performance. Collaborate with senior leadership, Finance, Operations, and Technology teams to support business growth, client implementations, and strategic initiatives while ensuring efficient resource planning, operational scalability, and service delivery excellence.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Minimum 10 years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management, medical billing, or healthcare operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing multiple teams and client accounts. Strong expertise in the complete revenue cycle, including billing, claims processing, accounts receivable, denial management, and insurance follow-up. In-depth knowledge of HIPAA, CMS regulations, payer guidelines, and healthcare reimbursement processes. Proven ability to lead large teams, manage client relationships, drive operational excellence, and achieve financial and service delivery goals. Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and decision-making skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, reporting tools, and healthcare practice management systems, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
