Responsibilities:
- Administer medications according to physician orders and state regulations.
- Monitor residents for medication effectiveness and adverse reactions.
- Accurately document medication administration and resident observations.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and team members.
- Maintain compliance with all medication management policies and procedures.
- Provide compassionate, resident-centered care.
Qualifications:
- Current Missouri CMA certification required.
- LIMA certification required
- Current CPR certification preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to providing exceptional care and service.
