AJ’s on East Court is hiring a friendly, steady, emotionally controlled Door Person.
This is not a “throw people out” job. This is a protect-the-experience job.
Most of your shift will include:
- Checking IDs
- Screening for intoxication
- Greeting guests
- Reading energy before issues start
- Diffusing situations calmly if needed
We are looking for someone who leads with presence and communication, not ego or force. Physical intervention is rare. Sound judgment is constant.
Our guests should feel safe, respected, and welcome.
